Entering Data
To help you enter data in Sage Line 50 use the information given below.
To type data into a form, use the mouse to move the arrow-shaped pointer to the field area where you want to enter data and the pointer changes to a vertical bar called the insertion pointer.
Move the insertion pointer to the part of the field where you want to begin typing and click the left-hand mouse button. If the field is blank, a cursor will appear at the far left of the field box. If there is data already in the field, the cursor appears in the same place that the vertical bar pointer was positioned when you pressed the mouse button.
After you have entered data within a field, you can use any of the following keys (by pressing them), to locate the cursor elsewhere within the field or form.
Alternatively, you can use the mouse to place the insertion pointer wherever you want and click the left-hand mouse button to accept the location.
